All candidates undergo an in – depth “face to face”
interview with one of our qualified Consultants who will assess
their skills and form an understanding of their needs. |

We advise and prefer, to personally visit all potential clients
in order to gain a greater understanding of your individual needs
and requirements and to develop a stronger working relationship.
By visiting your company site, we are also in a much stronger position
to provide you with the most suitable staff who will compliment
your existing workforce. |

For permanent recruitment, we are able to offer full interviewing
facilities at our Chepstow branch to ensure confidentiality and
to save any additional administration costs. |

Our fee only becomes payable after the chosen candidate has commenced
employment. |

Temporary staff can be booked on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
and will be charged out at an hourly bill rate. You will be invoiced
weekly in arrears and payment is due within 14 days from the date
of invoice. |
